Manager, DPN Applications
Jason Haaheim joined NanoInk in 2003, and is currently the Manager of DPN Applications. In this capacity, he manages the applications research team and has worked in all areas of dip pen nanolithography (DPN) research and development – from software, to instrumentation, to MEMS devices and commercial applications development. Mr. Haaheim (and co-authors) have detailed these advances in DPN science in numerous conference talks and peer-reviewed publications. His research focuses include soft lithography, scanning probe microscopy and lithography, and bottom-up/top-down lithography methods. Prior to joining NanoInk, Mr. Haaheim earned his B.A. in physics and music from Gustavus Adolphus College (St. Peter, MN), and his M.S. in electrical engineering from UC-Santa Barbara. His graduate research was focused on solid state optoelectronics, quantum devices, and molecular beam epitaxial growth of III-N semiconductors.
Co-chairing the International Conference on Nanofabrication Technologies, Devices and Applications (NanoFab).
