Peter J. Burke (M'02) received the Ph.D. degree in physics from Yale University, New Haven, CT, in 1998. From 1998 to 2001, he was a Sherman Fairchild Postdoctoral Scholar in physics at the California Institute of Technology. Since 2001, he has been a faculty member in the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, University of California, Irvine.
