Abstract:

In this work we will present the electrical transport properties of a single Titania nanotube fabricated by anodization using E-beam lithography technique, we will present the effect of different annealing conditions on the electrical properties of a single Titania nanotube. Also we will present the possible ways to enhance the mobility of a single Titania nanotube.
