Abstract:

We present fabrication and micropatterning of electrically conducting silver nanoparticle doped nanocomposite polymer on 12 inch x 24 inch poly(methyl methacrylate) substrate which as been employed as a structural mold material. The minimum feature size which can be achieved is 25 micron. Micromolded electrically conducting wires and electrodes mintain their electrical conductivity on being bent flexed and twisted.
