Summary:

We are commercializing titanium-alloy based capacitor materials and capacitors for power electronics and pulsed power. Our capacitors feature surface-enhanced titanium anodes with an anodically formed oxide dielectric. Electrolytic self-repair imparts high electric field strength and energy density. Low-profile electrode architectures yield low impedance and high power. Our capacitors will compete favorably against electrolytic and ceramic multi-layer capacitors on both performance and cost.
