Aaron Klemm Energy Project Manager City of Huntington Beach

Aaron Klemm has 15 years experience in energy management and sustainability. He is a graduate of Prescott College with a Bachelor’s in Sustainable Community Development. Aaron is the Energy Project Manager for the City of Huntington Beach responsible for developing Huntington Beach’s energy management & sustainability programs. Prior to joining Huntington Beach, he was CSU’s Energy Program Manager responsible for CSU’s contribution to the $38M UC/CSU/Investor Owned Utility (IOU) energy efficiency partnership and CSU’s Energy Services Agreement performance contracting vehicle that permitted campuses to make self-funding energy & sustainability enhancements to campus infrastructure. He has extensive hands on experience with renewable energy systems, HVAC systems, energy savings performance contracting and bottom line oriented sustainability action plans.
