Nano-medicine - the interaction and integration of cells and tissues with engineered nanomaterials - has significant potential in the diagnosis, monitoring and treatment of Central Nervous System (CNS) disorders. Nanostructures can protect neurons or aid functional regeneration of the CNS following traumatic insult or degenerative disease. Nanoscale delivery devices can provide a route for the delivery of drugs and gene to the CNS. Nano-neural interfaces provide the opportunity to monitor the CNS to better understand function both in healthy and diseased states.
Your submissions are invited in the following, non-exclusive, topic areas:
Nanomedicine: Nanotechnology, Biology and Medicine (Nanomedicine) is a newly established, international, peer-reviewed journal published quarterly. Nanomedicine publishes basic, clinical, and engineering research in the innovative field of nanomedicine. Article categories include basic nanomedicine, diagnostic nanomedicine, experimental nanomedicine, clinical nanomedicine, and engineering nanomedicine, pharmacological nanomedicine.
For consideration into the Nanomedicine: Nanotechnology, Biology and Medicine journal please select the “Submit to Nanomedicine: Nanotechnology, Biology and Medicine” button during the on-line submission procedure.
